I was told today that the two youngins' that I just picked up for my daycare are not potty trained :/
They are working on it however and wanted my help. Great, wonderful, less diapers that I would have to change however, I have not potty trained anyone in years! I was lucky that my children pretty much trained themselves so I need some major help.
I will be going out to buy one of those inserts to put on my toilet this week.
There is one boy(4) and one girl(3). Seems the girl is much more intersted in training than the boy.
Should I dive right into it when they get here on Tuesday for the first time, or do I hold off a few days and let them get to know me and get acquainted with my home?
Anyone want to share some potty training tips with me? I feel so out of the loop!

Something smells
like poop that is. I swear that the new baby smell has morphed into the who made a poopy smell already.
I remember when little S's doo-doos were sweet/musky smelling. The smell of a full bellied boobie baby. I could lift my little guys bum right under my nose and breath in the smell and not gag. Just give a little Pew U and change him up. I even threw the diapers right in the trash, not needing the diaper pail as the smell was not overwhelming.
Now, however, the doo-doos have turned into crap, poop, the big brown smell. They are big boy poops and stink to high heaven! The aroma can stop me the minute I enter the bedroom. I don't need to raise his little bum up near my nasal passages to distinguish whether he crapped in his diaper, there is no questioning it anymore.
Heres hoping to early potty training!
